However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a damaged item. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at elayneframes@thecandiceireland.com to initiate a return. We will replace the item, provide a refund, or an in-store credit at our discretion.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a damaged item, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage and provide us with a detailed description of the issue.

Exchanges
